despite the pulled hamstring, leagues made it all better.
to me, track is everything, no joke.
i don’t always give my 110% effort, but i love to try.
i admit, i teared up when i pulled my hamstring again and a coach told me that i wouldn’t be able to run for at least a month. but i’m glad that i had my break, because it allowed me to actually run in leagues. even if i wasn’t in “tip-top-shape”. plus getting two firsts in hurdles made it all the worthwhile. it made up for the injured days of track for me. it scared me doing the longer, high school version of hurdles but i’m glad i did it. kevin kim, jeremy du, courtney haight, kevin lee, sharon ng, andrew ng, koyo takahashi, chris fox, michelle nyguen, kirin, etc.
i loved our track team
thanks for the memories
p.s. sensei, you’re training mayyy have helped a leeetle bit :p
The opposite of love is hate, is indifference. When the person doesn’t even acknowlege you, pretends you aren’t there, acts as if you were never in their life. Most people think hate is the opposite of love, but in fact, when you hate someone, you’re still giving them attention, just negative attention. You still give a reaction when they’re around.
